Terms & Conditions – Contact Plastics

Welcome to Contact Plastics. By placing an order with us or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
Contact Plastics is a manufacturer and supplier of plastic products for a range of industries.
All orders placed with Contact Plastics are subject to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. Orders and Quotations
All quotations are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed once a deposit (if applicable) has been received or an official order number has been provided.
Contact Plastics reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude delivery charges unless specified.
Payment methods accepted: EFT and PayFast.
Orders under R 2,000: full payment is required before manufacturing or dispatch.
Orders of R 2,000 or more: a 70% deposit and/or official order number is required to confirm the quotation. Final payment is due on delivery, collection, or statement, whichever occurs first.
Overdue invoices may incur interest charges of 10% per month.
4. Delivery and Risk
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
Customers must inspect products upon receipt and notify Contact Plastics immediately of any damage, defects, or discrepancies.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Custom-made or special-order products may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval by Contact Plastics.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and specifications provided by Contact Plastics remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Customers may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any proprietary designs or materials without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Contact Plastics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from transactions with Contact Plastics shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
